3 Mark Financial, Inc., was founded in 1985 by Jerrell G. Clay, CLU, a long-time independent producer with a career in sales and sales management in the life insurance business. Prior to creating 3 Mark through the acquisition of several smaller marketing organizations throughout the country, Mr. Clay founded and ran a successful marketing company in Houston, TX.
