1. 400% of premium assumes issue ages 40 to 65, no withdrawals, maximum benefit after 15 years. Guaranteed Chronic Care Benefit varies by issue age. Annual benefit for care received in other than a Nursing Home is equal to at least 50% of the Nursing Home care benefit. The Chronic Care Benefit is not Qualified Long-Term Care Insurance as defined in the Internal Revenue Code. The SafetyGuard Benefit is a mandatory rider for an annual fee of 1.50% of accumulation value. All guaranteed payments are deducted from contract value and are guaranteed by the rider after the contract value equals zero.
2. 200% of premium assumes issue ages 40 to 60, no withdrawals, maximum Enhanced Death Benefit after 15 years. Enhanced Death Benefit growth varies by issue age, and is paid over a period of 60 months. The Enhanced Death Benefit it is not available for withdrawal, is not life insurance, and may be subject to taxation. The Enhanced Death Benefit is not available if Chronic Care Benefit is commenced. The SafetyGuard Benefit is a mandatory rider in exchange for an annual fee of 1.50% of accumulation value.
